Henley Downs Equestrian Services is set on 15 acres at Henley Brook, just 30 minutes from Perth Western Australia. Situated only 10 minutes from the State Equestrian Centre and is amongst some of the best Wineries, Restaurants and Breweries in the Swan Valley.

We offer 28 private reticulated paddocks with shelters, 2 individual non reticulated paddocks, 3 pony paddocks and 3 large shared paddocks, stables, 60 x 40 arena with show jumps and a large fully fenced horse pool. 

We have worked to create an environment where your horse can "be a horse", without compromising on any comforts, facilities and safety that you and your horse require whether your horse is retired, needing a spell or in full work and competing.

We work with you to tailor a feed specific to your requirements from or extensive menus including premium feeds from Pegusus, Mitavite & Hygain Feeds. Be in comfort that you and your horse will be treated as an individual not just a number.

 We cater for all riders from your pleasure rider to those competing.
